We're one locally owned Queensland plumbing and gasfitting business, working under QBCC No: 15024607. There's no call centre and no middle layer between you and the plumber who turns up.

Who We Are
New Farm Plumbing Co is locally owned and operated, licensed and insured, and proud MPAQ members. Each job is done by a licensed New Farm plumber, from a dripping mixer in a Moray Street unit to a gas line on a converted Queenslander.
Flats and apartments account for 74.5 per cent of local homes according to census data, so the walk-up blocks and towers fill most of our working week.

How We Work
Our pricing and booking rules are simple, and they apply to every job:
Flat-rate pricing, no hidden fees
The figure you approve is the figure you pay, before any work starts.
No call-out fees
Nobody charges you just for arriving, whatever the hour.
Available 24/7, 7 days a week,
with no extra cost for nights, weekends or public holidays.
Same-day if we can,
and pay with card or EFTPOS on site, or ask about Fix now, pay later.
Lifetime labour warranty
on our work, backed by our Fix-It-or-It's-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply).
If we're late, $100 comes off your bill. That's our promise, and it's the same promise every customer gets.

Working on the Peninsula
Local knowledge earns its keep here, in three particular ways:
Old drains under old blocks
The sewer reached the peninsula by the mid-1930s, so the older houses and flats still drain through earthenware branches whose cement joints invite tree roots in.
Rentals and body corporates
Most local households rent at the last census, so we keep paperwork and invoicing straight for property managers, and make the process easy for tenants too.
The whole river bend
Our regular run covers Teneriffe and Hawthorne across the water, Norman Park, East Brisbane and Kangaroo Point to the south, and every pocket of the peninsula in between.
See our contact page for what to have ready when you ring.
